Set in a futuristic city, up to 16 players compete in high-energy matches. Each round starts with a scramble to break open giant snack packs and uncover powerful weapons. But that’s just the beginning. Players can also activate glowing jelly altars to gain unique power-ups. Meanwhile, marshmallow cookies rise from the ground, offering quick vertical escapes and high-ground advantage. These playful mechanics keep every match fast, unpredictable, and fun.
The creative challenge
Creating Battle Royale Sponch 6.0 meant transforming a beloved snack into a bold digital world. The team had to mix strategy, imagination, and a lot of pink frosting. Each flavor inspired a mechanic. Each ingredient helped shape the game’s design. The city’s layout, particle effects, and interactive elements all reflect the snack’s playful identity.
However, the challenge went deeper than visuals. It was about making the brand truly playable. Players don’t just see Sponch, they interact with it in every match. For example, the way players bounce off marshmallows or tap into sugar-powered boosts creates a direct connection between product and gameplay. As a result, the brand experience feels natural, not forced.
